Commissioner for Oaths

The Seremban Court Complex provides Commissioner for Oaths services for the execution of instruments requiring sworn verification. The attestation of this documentation is governed by the Statutory Declarations Act 1960 (Revised 2016), the Commissioners for Oaths Rules 2018 [P.U. (A) 67/2018], and any written law requiring a sworn declaration.
