CIVIL SESSIONS COURT REGISTRATION UNIT

1. Regulating the staff of the Civil Sessions Court Registry.
2. Approve all clean drafts/orders for Sessions Court cases.
3. Approve all drafts/clean judgments for Sessions Court cases.
4. Approve all cases of Writ of Distress and Summons of Judgment Debtor and Writ of Execution for the Court of Session.
5. Approving the registration of new Civil Sessions Court cases.
6. Hearing cases for First Time Case Management for the Court of Civil Sessions.

CRIMINAL SESSIONS COURT REGISTRATION UNIT

1. Regulating the staff of the Criminal Sessions Court Registry.
2. Issuing Arrest Warrants, Search Warrants, and other authority applications and signing Arrest Warrants, Orders, Orders to produce, Summons, register books, and other related matters including bail matters for arrest cases.
3. Signing and approving subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to Court for trial.
4.   Managing the preparation of Criminal Sessions Court statistics.

CIVIL MAGISTRATE'S COURT REGISTRATION UNIT

1. Regulates the staff of the Civil Magistrates Court Registry.
2. Approve all clean drafts/orders for Magistrate Court cases.
3. Approve all drafts/clean judgments for Magistrate Court cases.
4. Approve all cases of Writ of Distress and Summons of Judgment Debtor and Writ of Execution for the Magistrate Court.
5. Approving the registration of new Civil Magistrate Court cases.
6. Hearing cases for First Instance Case Management for the Civil Magistrates Court

CRIMINAL MAGISTRATE'S COURT REGISTRATION UNIT

1. Regulating the staff of the Criminal Magistrates Court Registry.
2. Issuing Arrest Warrants, Search Warrants, and other authority applications and signing Arrest Warrants, Orders, Orders to produce, Summons, register books, and other related matters including bail matters for arrest cases.
3. Signing and approving subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to Court for trial.
4. Managing the Seremban Magistrate's Duty Schedule for remand matters under Sec.117 of the Criminal Procedure Code and other applications.
5. Manage the preparation of Criminal Magistrates Court statistics.
